TO: Team Managers FROM: SCASA Board The deadline for Summer Season entries is May 28th; late applications will only be accepted at SCASA’s convenience. The eight (8) game session will begin June 18th. Go to www.scasa.com/registration/ and “Register Today”; you will be able to put in your team information and players. You will receive a team ID and for every subsequent season you just login and update your information and roster. Players can be active or inactive as needed. You can also print out your game roster to submit to the referee for each game. You can pay online (preferred), or check or cash. If you would prefer to apply with paper registration you can go to our website www.scasa.com “Registration” and print off the application and roster; or contact the office and we can mail you the forms. Provided enough teams apply, SCASA is offering the following divisions:
Players must turn the required age during the 2012 season, i.e. if you were born in 1972 you may play O40, even if your birthday is in December. Questions regarding Women’s or COED Open registration should be directed to Maureen Anderson (425) 252-6254 and Men’s or COED O30 registration to Carl Hauenstein (425) 890-2665. Please fill out the application and roster as completely as possible. If there is any date your team may not be able to play during the season and you need a bye let us know ASAP. Once the schedule is written, teams requesting game changes will be charged a $50 fee. Field/time assignments are at the discretion of the SCASA scheduler. Fields used in the summer will be Kasch Park, Marysville, Snohomish, and Monroe. Players may only play on one team per age division, unless, they have received written permission from the Board. If your team needs players there are names on our player pool, contact the SCASA office (425) 252-2099 or check our web site www.scasa.com. Please ensure that your players are aware of league rules, which can be found at our website and all managers will receive a copy. Valid WSASA cards are required for all players. SCASA rules state teams MUST HAVE NUMBERS on their jerseys, referees will be instructed to enforce this rule. If you have any questions contact one of registrars above or the SCASA office.
